Bygdehemmet banquet hall
The banquet hall is ideal for 20-120 people for weddings, meetings, or various celebrations. The approximately 275 m² space (banquet hall approx. 160 m²) includes a kitchen, cloakroom, approx. 130 chairs and 29 tables (120 x 80 cm) + 2 serving tables (242 x 76 cm), a stage for performances, a pull-down projector screen (210 x 90), and wireless internet.
You may use your own beverage service/catering. Floor cleaning is included in the price.

The price of the Small Package includes the party day from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. (quiet time at midnight) and the following day from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (when the hall must be empty and tidied up).
The price of the Large Package includes the day before the party from 6 p.m. to midnight for decorating/prep, the party day from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. (quiet time at midnight), and the day after from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. (when the hall must be empty and tidied up).
Booking Terms

A reservation fee of €125 must be paid within two weeks of the booking confirmation.

The final payment must be made no later than one (1) month before the event.

When making the payment, please include the reservation date and the tenant’s name in the message field. Bank account details will be provided by the landlord. Proof of payment must be presented upon key pickup.
Cancellation Policy
The event may be canceled as follows:

Free of charge up to 21 days before the event.
-
50% of the rental fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 21 days before the event.

75% of the rental fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.

The full price will be charged if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event.
Use of the premises
The tenant agrees to comply with the following rules:

All used dishes must be washed and put away.

Chairs and tables must be moved off the floor.

Furniture that has been moved must be returned to its original place.

Trash must be taken out to the trash room in the courtyard (a compost bin is available).

Double-sided tape or duct tape must not be used on the walls. Painter’s tape and office tape may be used if they are removed after the party.

The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If, after use, the premises show excessive soiling or other unreasonable dirtiness requiring extra cleaning beyond normal cleaning, the lessor reserves the right to charge the tenant a reasonable extra cleaning fee
Times and Rules

The event must end no later than midnight.

The venue must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.

The venue is located in a residential area, and quiet hours must be respected.

Pickup of belongings and cleanup of the hall may take place the day after the event by arrangement.
Key
The tenant is responsible for the key provided for the venue.
If the key is lost, a fee of €100 will be charged.
Liability for Damage
The tenant is responsible for the venue during the rental period. If the venue or its furnishings are damaged during the rental, the tenant may be liable to compensate for the resulting damage.
